By using the Skyrewarded rewards app or any related demo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Skyrewarded is a rewards application. Users may earn points by completing offers and activities provided by our partners, and may redeem points for gift cards and other rewards subject to availability. Our promotional pages include demos that illustrate how points are earned; any points shown in a demo are illustrative only and have no cash value.

Rewards and points

• Points have no cash value and are not currency.
• Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on offer availability, your region, and completed, verified activity.
• We may change, suspend, or end offers, point values, or redemption options at any time.
• Redemptions are subject to verification and may be voided where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including by providing false information, using automated means, attempting to manipulate offers or points, or violating any law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any offer, reward, or redemption will be available or completed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skyrewarded is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
